Abstract
This study aimed to analyze the direct influence of organizational culture on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), the direct influence of organizational culture on Job Satisfaction, the direct influence of Job Satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and the direct effect of organizational culture on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This study was conducted on the employees of PT. Aasahimas Flat Glass with a total sample of 120 respondents obtained through the questionnaire method. The sampling technique used in this study is purposive sampling method in the Group Production A and samples are employees who are able to survive and have experience in working well. The analytical method used is the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method processed through the AMOS 21 program. The results of this study indicated that organizational culture has a significant positive effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), organizational culture has a significant positive effect on Job Satisfaction, Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), and Job Satisfaction is proven to be a variable intervening on the relationship between organizational culture and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).
