Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Financing to Deposit ratio, Operating Costs of Operating Income, Inflation, and Exchange Rates on Non-Performing Financing at Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia in 2016-2020. The data used in this study is secondary data in the form of monthly data for 5 years less than 1month. The regression model used is the Error Correction Model (ECM) regression. Based on the research that has been done, the results show that in the long term the variable Financing to Deposit Ratio, Operating Costs of Operating Income, Inflation, and Exchange Rates are significant to Non-Performing Financing. Partially, in the short termthe variable Financing to Deposit Ratio has a positive and insignificant effect on Non-Performing Financing for Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia. The variable Operating Costs of Operating Income has a positive and significant impact on Non-Performing Financing of Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia. The Inflation variable has a positive and insignificant effect on Non-Performing Financing of Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia. The Exchange Rate variable has a negative and insignificant effect on Non-Performing Financing of Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia.
