Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of organizational commitment, organizational culture and leadership style with accountability as a moderating variable. The type of data in this study is primary data. The subject of this research is the Regional Apparatus Organization, namely all offices in Karawang Regency. The sampling method in this study used purposive sampling. The test in this study uses the Smart-PLS data processing tool through the SmartPLS v3 application. The results of this study indicate that Organizational Commitment and Leadership Style have a positive and significant effect on the Performance of Local Government Apparatuses, while Organizational Culture has no significant effect on the Performance of Regional Government Apparatuses. Then, Accountability is able to moderate the relationship of Organizational Commitment to the Performance of Local Government Apparatus, Accountability is able to moderate the relationship of Leadership Style to the Performance of Local Government Apparatus, and Accountability is not able to moderate the relationship of Organizational Culture to the Performance of Local Government Apparatus.
