Abstract

The purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of organizational culture, leadership style, and employee commitment on employee performance, organizational culture on employee commitment, leadership style on employee commitment, and the impact of organizational culture, leadership style, and employee commitment on employee performance mediated by employee commitment at Najah Dekor Wedding Organizer. This research employs a quantitative method based on structural equation modeling (SEM) equations and a quantitative analytical strategy based on partial least squares (PLS). The employee of Najah Décor Wedding Organizer, is the subject of this study, There are 53 people in the town.The entire population is used as research respondents in this study. A questionnaire instrument was utilized to collect data in this study. according to results of data processing, it is known that 1) there is a positive and significant influence between Organizational Culture on Employee Performance 2). there is a positive and significant influence between Leadership Style on Employee Performance 3). there is a positive and significant influence between Organizational Culture on Leadership Style 4). there is a positive and significant influence between Organizational Culture on Employee Commitment 5). there is a positive and significant influence between Employee Commitment to Employee Performance 6). There is a positive and insignificant effect between Organizational Culture on Employee Performance in the mediation of Employee Commitment. 7) There is a positive and insignificant effect, there is a positive and insignificant effect between Leadership Style on Employee Performance in the mediation of Employee Commitment.
