Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Job Insecurity on Job Engagement, the effect of Job Insecurity on Employee Performance, the effect of Job Engagement on Employee Performance, and the indirect effect of Job Insecurity on employee performance through Job Engagement. This research was conducted at PT. VADS Shopee Project Customer Service Department, Yogyakarta. With a total sample of 312 female employees. This research method uses a quantitative approach. The data collection technique in this study was in the form of a questionnaire method and sampling was carried out using non- probability sampling. Data was analysed using regression analysis method with the help of SPSS software version 28.0.1. The results of this study indicate that Job Insecurity is significantly negative. affect Job Engagement, Job Insecurity significantly negatively affects employee performance, Job Engagement significantly positively affects Employee Performance and Job Engagement becomes a partial mediator between Job Insecurity and Employee Performance.
