Abstract
The Government of Kalurahan is given the duty and authority through laws and regulations to regulate and organize all affairs and interests of the people of Kalurahan based on origin and customs. the local calurahan. The function of the Kalurahan Consultative Board is to carry out the task of supervising the performance of lurah at the kalurahan level. In this regard, it encourages researchers to know the implementation of laws and regulations related to the supervisory function by the Kalurahan Consultative Board on the performance of lurah in Kalurahan. Argosari, Kapanewon Sedayu, Bantul Regency. In addition, researchers want to know the obstacles that are obstacles so that they can find and find solutions for a better Argosari Kalurahan Government. The method in this study is empirical legal research with a qualitative approach, so that the data obtained is not achieved with angka. The supervision of the Kalurahan Consultative Board on the performance of the lurah is in accordance with the mandate given by the applicable laws and regulations. With the form of supervision in the form of monitoring and evaluation. While the obstacles encountered can be classified in two factors, namely internal factors related to human resources and external factors related to human resources and external factors related to human resources. Implementation that still has obstacles. The efforts that must be made to overcome these obstacles are to increase work professionalism so that good governance is realized and further improve communication to minimize the occurrence of misunderstandings in coordination.
