Abstract

This study aims to analyze and explain the direct effect of work engagement on performance, the direct effect of work engagement on job satisfaction, the direct effect of job satisfaction on performance and the direct effect of work engagement on performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. This research was conducted on employees of PT. Aneka Dharma Persada with a sample of 50 respondents obtained through a questionnaire. The technique used in sampling is the purposive sampling method in General superintendent, technical admin, and office admin are employees who are able to survive and have experience in working well. The analytical method used is the path analysis method which is processed through the SPSS 25 program. The results of this study indicate that work engagement has a significant positive effect on performance, work engagement has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, job satisfaction has a significant positive effect on performance, and job satisfaction can be an intervening variable on work engagement with performance.
