Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Job Embeddedness on Turnover Intention through Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable (Case Study at PT. Mitra Kerinci). The subjects of this research are employees and leaders at PT. Mitra Kerinci. This study used a sample of 130 respondents who were determined by the sampling technique using non-probability sampling with the saturated sample method. The analytical tool used in this research is Path Analysis software SPSS version 22 for windows. The results of this study indicate that the Job embededdness variable has a positif significant effect on the Job satisfaction variable, the Job embededdness variable has a significant negative effect on the Turnover intention variable, the Job satisfaction variable has a positif significant effect on the Turnover Intention variable, the Job Satisfaction variable not mediates the Job embededdness relationship with Turnover Intention.
