Qualitative research is used to examine the condition of natural objects, where the researcher is the key instrument, sampling of data sources is carried out purposively and snowballing, triangulation data collection techniques (combined), data analysis is inductive/qualitative, and qualitative research results emphasize more meaning of generalization Based on the research results, Instagram is a social media that can be used as an educational medium, one of which is photography education. Education that is carried out through Instagram using the features that have been provided will facilitate education and convey information that will be received by the audience. STAGE ID is a photography community with the stage photography genre, and is engaged in providing education through Instagram. STAGE ID uses the Instagram feature to educate, which is considered effective in using its Instagram page as an educational medium. Members who join STAGE ID not only gain knowledge and photography techniques, but can also connect with professional photographers so they can learn about the experiences of senior photographers.
