Abstract
Workers with disabilities in Sleman Regency need to fulfill their rights over work. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to find out fulfillment of the right to work for workers with disabilities as has been regulated in the Sleman Regency Regional Regulation and to find out inhibiting factors for the fulfillment of the right to work for persons with disabilities in Sleman Regency. The type of research used is legal research empirical data analysis techniques carried out in a qualitative description. In the results of the study, it was found that overall workers with people with disabilities have fulfilled their right to work. However related to the right to obtain proper and easily accessible facilities, it has not been fulfilled by CV. Sogan Jaya Abadi and CV. Andi Offset. Factors that hinder the fulfillment of the right to work for persons with disabilities in Sleman Regency, among others, is due to internal factors, namely a sense of lack of confident workers with disabilities, there are still companies that have not provide rights regarding proper and easily accessible facilities, and information The job vacancies provided by the company have not specified what the needs are that must be owned by prospective workers with disabilities. External factorsfrom the Department of Manpower and Transmigration of Sleman Regency, namely: Dissemination of job vacancy information is still not heard until the candidate workers with disabilities and the limited budget for organize outreach to the company.
