Abstract

In a construction project, it is almost always certain that there will be problems that can cause accidents, one of which is a building construction project. The bigger the job, the greater the risk of accidents. Therefore, it is necessary to mitigate the risk of work accidents, namely in the form of K3 risk analysis. This study aims to identify the possible risks that can cause work accidents and can analyze how big the level of risk in the work in the implementation of this multi storey building project. This research was conducted using deskriftive quantitative methods to analyze the level of risk in the work by analyzing the work breakdown structure of the beam, plate, column and ladder structures and providing an assessment of each risk based on a risk matrix. This assessment is carried out by collecting data from five sources, then taking the average. The results of the K3 analysis carried out on the activities of beams, floor plates, columns, and stairs from this study obtained 88 risk that may have work accidents and with an average risk level of 5.49 including the moderate risk category.
