Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of village apparatus competence, organizational commitment, and the use of information technology on village fund managemnet accountability an Empirical Study of Pati Regency. This study used quantitative methods. One hundred and eight viilage / village government officials were selected based om purposive sampling, and analyzed using SPSS v.22 software application. The results of this study shows that the apparatus competence of viilag official and the use of informatiom technology have a positive effect on the accountability of village fund management in Pati Regency. Meanwhile, organizational commitment does not effect the acccountability of village fund management in Pati Regency. It is hoped that this research can be used to realize village fund management accountability
