Abstract
The aim of this study is to analyze the effect of Total Productive Maintenance on Operational Performance through Total Quality Management as an Intervening Variable. The data collection technique used in this study was a questionnaire which is shared via the google form link and hard file sharing. The sample was selected using a purposive sampling technique and the number of selected respondents was 51 respondents. The subjects in this study are Owners/Managers/Staff Maintenance, Production, or Quality. The data analysis technique used was SmartPLS v.3. The results of the study prove that hypothesis one (H1) Total productive maintenance has a positive effect on operational performance is accepted. The second hypothesis (H2) Total productive maintenance has a positive effect on total quality management is accepted. The third hypothesis (H3) Total quality management has a positive effect on operational performance is accepted. And the fourth hypothesis (H4) Total productive maintenance has a positive effect on operational performance through total quality management is accepted.
