Abstract
Management of drugs that are not in accordance with procedures will experience drug accumulation problems and inappropriate use of drugs. This causes inefficiency which has an impact on the level of availability of drugs that are less and the high cost of treatment due to irrational use of drugs. The purpose of this study was to evaluate drug management activities at the Warungkondang Public Health Center Pharmacy Installation based on PMK No. 74 of 2016 and Drug Management Indicators based on the Pharmaceutical Management Training Book at the Puskesmas. This type of research is non-experimental and descriptive qualitative research. The subjects of this study were pharmacists and TTK at the Pharmacy Installation of the Warungkondang Health Center. Data was collected by interview method, direct observation to pharmacy installation warehouse, and data analysis such as LPLPO, stock card, and RKO (Drug Needs Plan). Drug management evaluation analysis compared with existing standards. The standard used is PMK No. 74 of 2016 and the Pharmaceutical Management Training Book at the Puskesmas. The results of this study indicate that drug management activities at the Warungkondang Public Health Center Pharmacy Installation for indicators of drug suitability with DOEN are 65.21% standard 100%, accuracy of drug demand is 87.18% standard 100%, percentage of damaged or expired drugs is 0% standard 0%, and the percentage of distribution accuracy is 48.48%, the standard is 100%. The Pharmacy Installation of the Warungkondang Health Center fulfills 1 indicator according to the standard of 4 indicators, so it is necessary to improve drug management in the aspects of demand, distribution, as well as recording and reporting.
