Abstract

PENELITIAN INI BERTUJUAN UNTUK MENGANALISIS PENGARUH KEPEMIMPINAN YANG BERORIENTASI PADA KERAGAMAN TERHADAP EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT MELALUI STRATEGI KOMUNIKASI INTERNAL PADA MASA WABAH COVID-19 SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENSI DI BPJS KETENAGAKERJAAN SURAKARTA. SUBJEK DALAM PENELITIAN INI ADALAH PEGAWAI AKTIF DI BPJS KETENAGAKERJAAN SURAKARTA. PENELITIAN INI DILAKUKAN TERHADAP 61 PEGAWAI BPJS KETENAGAKERJAAN SURAKARTA. ALAT ANALISIS YANG DIGUNAKAN DALAM PENELITIAN INI ADALAH ANALISIS SEM (STRUCTURAL EQUATION MODELLING) DENGAN SMARTPLS (PARTIAL LEAST SQUARE). HASIL ANALISIS INI MENGGAMBARKAN BAHWA DIVERSITY ORIENTED LEADERSHIP BERPENGARUH POSITIF DAN SIGNIFIKAN TERHADAP EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT MELALUI KOMUNIKASI INTERNAL STRATEGIS SELAMA WABAH COVID-19 SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING.
