Abstract
This research was conducted to examine the effect of workload and e-learning on teacher performance and work motivation as an intervening variable for Ihsanul Fikri IT High School teachers. In this study using data analysis techniques, namely Path Analysis (path analysis). The sample used is 64 respondents using the saturated sampling method. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression through SPSS 26 software. The results showed that workload had a negative and significant effect on teacher performance, e-learning had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, workload had a negative and significant effect on work motivation, and e-learning had a significant impact on teacher performance. positive and significant effect on work motivation, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on teacher performance, work motivation mediates workload on teacher performance, work motivation mediates e-learning on teacher performance.
