PENGARUH PEMANFAATAN TEKNOLOGI INFORMASI, PENGENDALIAN INTERNAL, KOMPETENSI, DAN KOMPENSASI TERHADAP KUALITAS LAYANAN RUMAH SAKIT (STUDI EMPIRIS RUMAH SAKIT DI KOTA MAGELANG)

The purpose of this study was to identify and find empirical evidence regarding the effect of the use of information technology, internal control, competence, and compensation on the quality of hospital services. The sample in this study was using purposive sampling with respondent criteria determined by the researcher, with a total of 74 respondents. This type of research was quantitative research using primary data. The data collection technique was by distributing questionnaires to employees or non-medical hospital employees. The data processing used in this study is the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach.
