Abstract
PENELITIAN INI BERTUJUAN UNTUK MEMBUKTIKAN PENGARUH PERCEIVED ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT TERHADAP EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE KARYAWAN, DENGAN ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR SEBAGAI VARIABEL INTERVENING, DI PT PUSPITA CIPTA, KUNINGAN, JAWA BARAT. PENELITIAN INI ADALAH PENELITIAN KUANTITATIF, DIMANA DATA DIDAPATKAN MENGGUNAKAN KUISIONER YANG DISEBARKAN KEPADA KARYAWAN PT PUSPITA CIPTA. TEKNIK ANALISA DATA SENDIRI ADALAH UJI VALIDITAS, UJI NORMALITAS, UJI ASUMSI KLASIK, DAN ANALISIS JALUR. HASIL DARI PENELITIAN INI MEMBUKTIKAN, PERCEIVED ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT BERPENGARUH TERHADAP ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR, PERCEIVED ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT TIDAK BERPENGARUH TERHADAP EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE, ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR BERPENGARUH TERHADAP EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE, DAN PERCEIVED ORGANIZATIONAL SUPPORT BERPENGARUH TERHADAP EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE SETELAH DI INTERVENING OLEH ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR.
