Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of elements of TAM, customer trust, and security on interest in using m-banking with expertise as a moderating variable. The population data used are individuals who have used mobile banking. There are 100 samples generated through purposive sampling. This study derived eight hypotheses that were tested using the SPSS analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, security have no effect on interest in using M-Banking during the Covid-19 pandemic, expertise is not able to moderate the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, confidence in the interest in using M-Banking and expertise able to moderate the effect of security on the interest in using M-Banking.
