PERAN PEMBIAYAAN BMT DAN PEMBINAAN TERHADAP PERKEMBANGAN USAHA DAN PENINGKATAN KESEJAHTERAAN ANGGOTANYA DARI SEKTOR MIKRO PEDAGANG PASAR TRADISIONAL DI PURWOREJO

The goal of this research is to look into and find empirical dataabout the impact of BMT's financing and guidance on business development andcustomer welfare. The subject of this study is a member of BMT finance whoworks in Purworejo Regency as a traditional market merchant. This studyemploys a quantitative research method that combines primary data withapurposive sampling strategy based on the researcher's criteria. The primarydatawas gathered by the distribution of questionnaires to 78 respondents frommarket traders using BMT financing, and the surveys were then processed and analyzedusing the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. This thesis is entitled "The Role of BMT Financing and Guidance onBusiness Development and Improving the Welfare of Its Members fromthe MicroSector Market Traders in Purworejo". This study aims to examine andfindempirical evidence regarding the role of financing and guidance providedbyBMT on business development and improving the welfare of its customers. Thesubject of this research is a member of BMT financing who has a professionas atraditional market trader in Purworejo Regency. This study uses a quantitativeresearch method that uses primary data with a purposive sampling strategywithcriteria determined by the researcher. Primary data were collected based onthedistribution of questionnaires obtained by 78 respondents frommarket traderswho have financing at BMT, The results of this study prove that the BMTfinancing variable has no effect on the variables of business development andwelfare improvement with a t-statistic value less than 1.66 and a p-value greater than 0.05, so H1 and H3 are rejected. The coaching variable has a significant positive effect on business development with a t-statistic value of 3.069 andap-value of 0.001, indicating H2 is accepted. Coaching has a significant positiveeffect on increasing the welfare of its members with a t-statistic value of 1.689with a p-value of 0.049, then H4 is accepted. Business development has asignificant positive effect on improving welfare, with a t-statistic value of 4.929and a p-value of 0.000, then H5 is accepted
