TIPE KEPRIBADIAN DAN PENGGUNAAN INFORMASI MANAJERIAL: UJI PENGARUH VISUALISASI INFORMASI DI KONTEKS WORK FROM HOME

This study aims to examine and analyze personality types and the use of managerial information to test the effect of information visualization in the context of work from home. The population used in this study is professionals at the managerial level. Experimental research is a scientific method that is carried out by actively manipulating research objects and observing the results of these manipulations. This study uses a method using an experimental instrument with a given case. Researchers used a modified case instrument from previous studies, and obtained a sample of 37 samples obtained from participants who passed the criteria. The analytical method used in this research is to use an experimental design. Based on the analysis that has been done, the research results show that there is no difference in the level of effectiveness, efficiency and level of satisfaction of individuals who complete assignments using high visualization compared to individuals who complete assignments using low visualization. there is no difference in the level of effectiveness, efficiency and satisfaction level of information visualization between extrovert and introvert personality types in completing work from home assignments.
