EVALUASI INTERNAL PENGELOLAAN PROGRAM DESA WISATA KAMPUNG SANTAN, PAJANGAN, BANTUL

Tourism is a promising leading sector, so that periodic developments and evaluations are needed to face the growing challenges. This study aims to determine the community's internal assessment of the 4A elements (actors, atraction, Acomodation, and Atmosfer), to find out the factors that influence community assessments and to find out the obstacles experienced in the internal management of the Kampung Santan Tourism Village. The data collection method was carried out by descriptive analysis and Likert scale analysis using Rank-Perman correlation. The results of the study indicate that the management of the village tourism village program is good. However, there is still needs to be evaluated and improved again, so that it can become a developing and sustainable tourism village. The results show that the average category is good, and the category is quite good, consisting of tourism actors in the tourism management indicator section, outbound indicator tourism offerings, campgrounds, culinary centers, and promotions. Facilities and infrastructure, especially access to finance, are still not good and support from stakeholders is still low. Therefore, this Kampung Santan is being developed again and needs support from various related parties to improve tourism development for the better. In the community assessment, this study is not influenced by the respondent's identity factors (age, education, occupation and length of stay) because it produces a less significant value, so that the correlation coefficient is not related and is not in the same direction, so that the assessment in the internal evaluation of the Kampung Santan management is not influenced by factors the. Constraints experienced in the internal management of the Kampung Santan Tourism Village are the inhibiting factors for tourism, namely in terms of human resources (HR), differences of opinion, communication, cohesiveness, cooperation, the work system is quite high but can be overcome with various supports from the community.
