Abstract

ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh profitabilitas, ukuran
perusahaan, pertumbuhan perusahaan, leverage, free cash flow dan struktur
kepemilikan terhadap kebijakan dividen. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah
perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI pada tahun 2011-2015. Penelitian ini
menggunakan purposive sampling dalam menentukan jumlah sampel yang
digunakan. Model regresi yang digunakan dalam penelitian menggunakan regresi
logistik.

Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan
berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap probabilitas pembayaran dividen.
Pertumbuhan perusahaan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap probabilitas
pembayaran dividen. Leverage dan struktur kepemilikan berpengaruh negatif dan
tidak signifikan terhadap probabilitas kebijakan pembayaran dividen. Free cash flow
berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap probabilitas kebijakan membayar
dividen.
