Abstract

This research aim to analyze the implementation of e-Government in an attempt of transparency and accountability of financial report to good governance. The subject in this research are the informant who knows the implementation of e-government at Office of Tax and Financial Management (Dinas Pajak dan Pengelolaan Keuangan/DPDPK) of Yogyakarta from 2 informan which consists of Secretary of DPDPK Yogyakarta and Chief -of reporting field of DPDPK Yogyakarta. Basic research used in this research are qualitative and quantitative generate primary data. Type of research used in this research. The type of research is the type of analysis study which aims to provide a clear picture of the influence of internal factors and external factors of the implementation of e -Government in an effort of transparency and accountability in DPDPK city of Yogyakarta, as well as provide strategies of what to do. Data collected through the study of literature and field studies in the form of direct observation, interviews and questionnaires. Analysis of the data used is SWOT analysis, from the SWOT analysis can be found some of the problems and what strategies can be done to resolve the issue. The results showed the point of coordinates (-0.01:0.79) is in quadrant III, where this quadrant indicates adverse conditions. Since there are great opportunities, but on the other hand there are some constraints/internal weaknesses. The strategy must do is to support the strategy turn around.
