Abstract

<p><em>This study aims to analyze the factors of customer satisfaction with photocopies at the Muhammadiyah University of Yogyakarta. The subject of this research is customer satisfaction with photocopies at UMY. In this</em> <em>study, a sample of 100 respondents was selected using a purposive sampling method. The data collection method used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analysis tool used is multiple linear regression. Based on the analysis that has been done, it is found that the variables of product quality, service quality, and price have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction with photocopies at </em><em>the </em><em>Muhammadiyah University of Yogyakarta.</em></p>
