Abstract
This study discusses the role of Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM) as a
financial institution that occupies a position as a driving force and support for the
growth of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia.
Analyzing how Islamic microfinance affects the development of micro, small and
medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. The independent variables in this
study are Musharaka Funds Distributed to MSMEs, Mudharabah Funds
Distributed to MSMEs, Profit Sharing Ratio of Musyarakah Funds, Profit Sharing
Ratio of Mudharabah Funds, while the dependent variable is the Development of
MSMEs. This study uses secondary data obtained from the Financial Services
Authority (OJK), Bank Indonesia (BI), and Bank Syariah Mandiri (BSM) with an
observation period from 2015 to 2018. The data collection method uses
documentation techniques. The analysis used is multiple linear regression
analysis. The results of the study show that Musyarakah Funds channeled to
MSMEs have a positive effect with a positive elasticity of 0.622733 and are
significant for the development of MSMEs in Indonesia, Mudharabah Funds
channeled to MSMEs have a negative effect with positive elasticity of 0.016003
and are not significant to the development of MSMEs in Indonesia. Musyarakah
has a positive effect with a positive elasticity of 0.728227 and is significant for the
development of MSMEs in Indonesia. Profit sharing ratio for Mudharabah funds
has a positive effect with a negative elasticity of -0.666759 and is significant for
the development of MSMEs in Indonesia.
