Abstract

Management is a specific process, which consists of planning action, prosecution, supervising and evaluation which is done to determine and to teach the goals which have been stipulated by using human resources and others. The education of Islam religion is a kind of educational program which applies Islam value from learning process, both in our outside the class, packaged in form of a lesson. Islam education at school become the central agent in forming behavior or moral of students. For this, in order to reach its goal effectively and efficiently should create a strategy which can not only do learning but also should create a special management for applying the value of Islam education, especially moral education. This research aims to understand how the management of Islam education, especially moral education at SMPN 8 Cilacap in anticipating the student naughtiness. This case is based by the fact that there is much naughtiness done by students at SMPN 8 Cilacap. Assumption tells that the naughtiness can be overcome with the effective and efficient Management of Moral education. Based on the above assumption and phenomenon, moral education. Which is prosecuted at SMPN 8, by making research in planning, prosecution, supervising and its evaluation. This research uses qualitative approach. Information is gathered by using observation, deep interview and documentation. The research subject is the information resources are from. The principal of SMPN 8, religion teacher of Islam, and also some students. In order to have a valid and reliable research, the writer uses triangulation method. From research result, it can be concluded that the planning of moral lesson in the education of Islam religion is planned both inside and outside the class. The prosecution is also done both directly and indirectly which refers to daily, weekly, monthly or annually actvity planning. Supervising is done anytime to the students in and out of the class. For evaluating in the learning process which is prosecuted in the end of semester, while religious activities refer to the work program. From the result above We can conclude that the management of Islam education especially the moral application is already done, but it has not worked optimally to anticipate the student naughtiness because of several factors, external and internal sides.
