Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh perceived usefulness dan perceived ease of use terhadap intention to use sekaligus menganalisis pengaruh mediasi attitude toward using pada hubungan antara perceived usefulness dan perceived ease of use dengan intention to use. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 100 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis jalur dengan metode partial least square dengan bantuan perangkat lunak Smart PLS versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa perceived usefulness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intention to use, perceived ease of use berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intention to use, perceived usefulness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intention to use melalui attitude toward using serta perceived ease of use berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap intention to use melalui attitude toward using.
