Abstract
Oral presentation is an activity to explain something to the audience which usually takes place either in class or in a workspace situation. The researcher aimed to find out about how the level of oral presentation of male students is, how the level of oral presentation of female students is, and the difference between the male and female students’ English oral presentation performance. This research used quantitative research approach with the survey design. The population of this study was the students batch 2018 who attended the Academic Presentation class year 2021 and 141 students were taken as sample. The total of male students was 32 and the total of female students was 109. The instruments of this study were document as secondary data. The test was based on the oral presentations’ performances in Academic Presentations. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and independent sample t-test through SPSS program V.23. The result showed that the level of male students in oral presentation performances is 20.359 in good category. The result of the female students in oral presentations performances is 23.083 in excellent category. The result of the difference between male and female in student’s oral presentations is the p-value (α = 0.001). Therefore, the H1 from the research has been accepted because there is significant different between male and female students’ oral presentation performance.
