Abstract

This study aims to determine the attitudes of students towards the use of video as a medium of learning and student achievement and the relationship between the attitudes of students who use video as a medium of learning and student achievement. This study uses a quantitative approach and a correlational design. Data were collected from 120 students of class 2019. Researchers used 26 questionnaire statements to determine students' attitudes towards the use of video as a learning medium and used GPA scores to measure student academic achievement. Data analysis used descriptive and inferential statistics. The results showed that students' attitudes were in the positive category with a value (M = 85.66), and the results of student achievement scores (M = 3.48) which meant that student achievement was at a good level. While the value of the correlation coefficient (p-value = 0.000) and the value of the correlation coefficient (r-value = 0.995). Thus, it can be concluded that there is a significant positive relationship between students' attitudes towards the use of video as a learning video and student achievement.
