The existence of the COVID-19 pandemic has an impact on all sectors, one of which is the economic sector that affects the amount of a person's income. One of those affected is health workers, especially the pharmacist profession. This study aims to determine the effect of the COVID-19 pandemic on the income of pharmacists who practice in DIY hospitals and clinics, to find out the components of reduced income during the COVID-19 pandemic, as well as pharmacist satisfaction with take home pay and facilities obtained. Collecting data using an e-questionnaire through a google form distributed through social media groups of IAI DIY members. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis. The results of the study with a total of 85 respondents showed that the majority of respondents were female (85%), last educated in the pharmacist profession (85%), had undergone professional practice for 1-5 years (51%), practiced in a hospital (69%) and clinics (31%), with a length of work 1-3 years (46%). Then in this study there was a decreasing income component, as many as (3%) respondents experienced a decrease in basic salary, (7%) respondents experienced a decrease in take home pay, and (3%) respondents experienced a decrease in the amount of holiday allowances (THR).
