HUBUNGAN TINGKAT PENGETAHUAN DENGAN SIKAP KESIAPSIAGAAN PERAWAT DALAM PENANGGULANGAN BENCANA : LITERATURE REVIEW

Introduction: A disaster is an event or experience that can interfere with and threaten human life, fast and appropriate handling is very necessary for a disaster event. Some countries that often occur natural disasters are Indonesia, India, China, the Philippines, Vietnam, and Malaysia. The role of nurses is needed in the disaster management process, especially in the pre-disaster process for disaster preparedness. To improve the readiness of nurses, knowledge is needed regarding disaster preparedness and a good attitude in disaster management.
Objective: This systematic review aims to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and the attitude of nurses' preparedness in disaster inanagement.
Design: Literature search using Pro Quest, Pubmed, Ebsco, and Google Scholar databases. Articles published between 2018-2022.
Results: 8 articles that discuss the knowledge and attitudes of nurse preparedness in disaster management. Nurses' knowledge and preparedness attitudes can be influenced by experience, volunteer participation training, and education level.
