Abstract

This study aims to determineand analyze how the influence of organizational structure, organizational culture, information communication technology and leadership on employee performance in Kotawaringin Barat Regency in 2021. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey research type. The technique of collecting data in this research is a questionnaire in the form of a google form, as well as supporting data such as interviews and documents. Determination of the sample in this study using probability sampling technique with the type of simple random sampling, and the number of samples or respondents in this study were 98 people. The research data was measured using a Likert scale, and continued with data analysis. Data analysis in this study used the SEM-PLS technique using the Smart PLS application to calculate validity and reliability as well as test regressions and hypotheses. The results of this study indicate that the variables of organizational structure, organizational culture, ICT and leadership are at an average value of 3.6 – 5, this value indicates that the performance of employees in West Kotawaringin Regency is good. The results of the R-square show that organizational structure, organizational culture, ICT and leadership have a value of 0.746 this value is included in a strong structural model. The results of hypothesis testing in this study indicate that the organizational structure, ICT, and leadership variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while the organizational culture variable has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance in Kotawaringin Barat Regency.
