PERCEPATAN WAKTU PENYELESAIAN PROYEK MENGGUNAKAN METODE DCTO PADA PROYEK PENINGKATAN RUAS JALAN PROVINSI (STUDI KASUS : JALAN RUAS DAWUNG BARONGAN - MAKAM IMOGIRI)

Every construction project generally refers to the estimated development plan that has been made, but the implementation of project work in the field always faces obstacles, both predicted or unexpected obstacles. Construction projects will also be affected by the emergence of the risk of delays. The delay can occur because of the factors inside or outside the project itself. In this thesis, a case study was conducted on the improvement of the Provincial Road Project. Therefore, an analysis on the acceleration of project completion by increasing working hours and increasing the number of workers using the DCTO (Duration Cost Trade Off) method will be conducted. The result of this study showed that by using Project Crashing approach with alternative additonal 1-3 hours overtime, the working days and the cost were less than the original one which was Rp14.505.993.500,00 with 180 calendar days. With 1 hour of additional working time in each working day, it only cost Rp14.417.907.298,53 for 158 calendar days. Meanwhile, with additional 2 hours of working day, it cost Rp14.314.622.364,28 for 142 calendar days. Furthermore, with additional 3 hours in each working day, it cost Rp14.229.344.842,62 for 130 calendar days.
