Abstract
This paper describes the implementation of cooperation between Indonesia and Norway in dealing with climate change with the REDD+ mechanism in 2010-2016. Climate change that is happening in the world is a threat that is already happening in front of our eyes and is a threat to the international world. Most of the world's carbon emissions are produced by developed countries, but it is the developing countries that have to bear it. In this case, Indonesia and Norway showed their actions in dealing with global climate change, by using the REDD+ mechanism the two countries cooperated in the climate sector. The form of this cooperation includes the acceptance of proposals submitted by Indonesia, the formulation of the LoI program formulated by the two countries and the implementation of the cooperation that has been formulated in the previous LoI document. The concept used in this paper is the international environmental regime because of the strength of the international environmental regime which is binding on anyone who is a party to it. One of the regimes that deal with climate change is REDD+ so that every country that wants to cooperate in the field of climate change must use the formula contained in REDD+.
