Abstract

This study aims (a) to know and understand Ki Bagus
Hadikusuma's Psikoihsan in the view of Islamic Educational
Psychology contained in the works of Ki Bagus Hadikusuma, (b) to
know and understand the authentic leader according to Ki Bagus
Hadikusuma contained in Ki Bagus Hadikusuma's works. Bagus
Hadiksuma, and (c) knowing and understanding the neo-Sufis
according to Ki Bagus Hadikusuma contained in the works of Ki Bagus
Hadikusuma.
This study uses a subjective hermeneutic method to approach the
object of research in the form of text, namely the books by Ki Bagus
Hadikusuma. Subjective hermeneutics is the science and art of
interpreting texts. The text is open and can be interpreted by anyone.
The result of the interpretation of this object is understanding.
From the history and thoughts of Ki Bagus Hadikusuma, it can be
concluded that ihsan has inspired the thoughts, words and actions of Ki
Bagus Hadikusuma. Thoughts in his book Poestaka Ihsan, the words
when Ki Bagus Hadikusuma delivered a speech at the First Session of
the Investigative Body for the Preparation for Independence on May
31, 1945 at the Tyuo Song-In Building, and the actions in the footsteps
of Ki Bagus Hadikusumo's struggle for Indonesian independence.
Researchers named it by the name of psychoihsan. Authentic leaders
based on the works of Ki Bagus Hadikusumo are simple. Ki Bagus
Hadikusuma is an authentic leader. Neo-Sufis are new Sufis, Sufis who
are in line with the Qur'an and Sunnah.
The findings of this study are psychoihsan, ihsan which means
to do good, thus psychoihsan is the impulse of the soul to do good,
which arises from the implementation of the pillars of Islam based on
the pillars of faith, namely the balance of habluminallah and
habluminannas. Ki Bagus Hadikusuma is an authentic leader who can
instill the values of ihsan in his actions. And Ki Bagus Hadikusuma is a
neo-Sufi.
