PENGEMBANGAN SEKTOR PERTANIAN SUB SEKTOR TANAMAN PANGAN KABUPATEN KULON PROGO TAHUN 2012 – 2021

This study aims to determine the direction of the development of food crops commodities, to determine the direction of development it is necessary to know the competitive advantages and comparative advantages of food crop commodities in Kulon Progo Regency. The analytical tool used in determining this superior commodity uses the Location Quotient, Shift Share, and Klassen Typology analysis tools. To find out the direction of the development of food crop commodities in the Kulon Progo Regency, additional analysis is needed, namely the scalogram analysis to determine the regional growth center based on the facilities owned. From the four analyzes carried out, it will form a cluster that can be used to provide direction for the development of food crop commodities in Kulon Progo Regency. From the results of the analysis, there are 4 sub-districts that will be used as proce ssing industries for each commodity, namely the districts of Wates, Temon, Galur, and Samigaluh.
