Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh website quality, perceived flow, terhadap customer satisfaction, dan purchase decision. Variabel eksogen dalam penelitian ini adalah website quality, variabel endogen dalam penelitian ini adalah customer satisfaction, dan purchase decision dan perceived flow sebagai variabel mediasi. Objek penelitian ini adalah website RedDoorz dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 216 responden. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan alat analisis AMOS 22. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa website quality berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perceived flow, dan purchase decision. Akan tetapi website quality tidak berpengaruh terhadap customer satisfaction. Perceived flow berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap customer satisfaction, purchase decision. Customer satisfaction berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap purchase decision, dan perceived flow memediasi hubungan antara website quality dengan customer satisfaction dan purchase decision.
