Abstract
Stroke is a condition where there is a disturbance in the blood supply to parts of the
brain. Usually a person who has a stroke will experience weakness on one side due to
decreased muscle tone so that it is not able to move on his body, commonly referred to as
Hemiparesis. This therapy tool is made for the Hand to provide convenience to patients
with stroke in performing muscle exercises, so as to reduce the level of stroke disabilities.
This tool uses the LED display as a motion indicator. Motion exercises are performed by
raising hands 30o to 90o. Based on the problem, researchers created a Muscle Therapy
Tool Design On Hands With Accelerometer Sensor that can be used as one of the aids in
the process of stroke recovery that can be used while at home. The purpose of this design
is to help the patient to train the muscles so that the muscles do not weaken. The method
used is the Linear Squentiel Model (NGO) method by conducting tests with slope angles

. Based on the data retrieval on the testing of this tool
by moving the hand raised forward 900 then the LED arrow forward will light up, after
that the hand is raised 900 to the right side then the led arrow right will light up and
when the hand is raised to the left at an angle of 900 then the LED arrow left will light
up.
