Abstract
This research examines the implementation of sales promotion in Sindu Kusuma
Edupark (SKE). The purpose of this research is to find out and describe in detail
how the forms, activities, and impacts of the implementation of sales promotions
carried out by SKE as an effort to increase the number of visitors in the 2019
period. The theoretical framework discussed in this research is implementation,
promotion and promotion mix, namely sales promotion. The research method
used is descriptive qualitative, the source of the data in this study came from the
results of interviews with the researcher with the Operational Manager,
Supervisor Sales & Marketing Department and visitors from SKE. The researcher
also used source triangulation, namely by comparing the results of the informant's
interviews with documents related to the research. The results of this study
indicate that there is a correlation regarding the purpose of sales promotion
carried out by SKE with purpose of sales promotion was conveyed by the
informants in this study. The objectives of SKE sales promotion have been based
on theory, namely : increasing demand from industrial users or end consumers,
improving business performance, supporting and coordinating personal sales and
advertising activities. The implementation itself is carried out in various media
online and offline, as well as in SKE itself and in the field.
