Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Servant Leadership terhadap Work Engagement, Servant Leadership terhadap Affective Commitment, Servant Leadership terhadap Job Satisfaction, Affective Commitment terhadap Work Engagement, Job Satisfaction terhadap Work Engagement, Servant Leadership terhadap Work Engagement dengan Affective Commitment sebagai variabel intervening dan menganalisis Servant Leadership terhadap Work Engagement dengan Job Satisfaction sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pegawai Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Dr. Soeselo dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 154 responden yang diperoleh melalui teknik pengumpulan data kuesioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah Purposive Sampling. Metode yang digunakan adalah Regresi Liner Sederhana dan Regresi Linier Berganda menggunakan program SPSS 21.Hasil penelitian yang didapat menunjukkan bahwa Servant Leadership  berpengaruh terhadap Work Engagement, Servant Leadership berpengaruh terhadap Affective Commitment, Servant Leadership berpengaruh terhadap Job Satisfaction, Affective Commitment berpengaruh terhadap Work Engagement, Job Satisfaction berpengaruh terhadap Work Engagement, Affective Commitment mampu memediasi hubungan antara Servant Leadership terhadap Work Engagement, dan Job Satisfaction mampu memediasi hubungan antara Servant Leadership terhadap Work Engagement.
