Abstract
. This research is structured because in the world of construction sometimes collapsed buildings due to the quality produced are not in accordance with what has been planned. Usually quality control is done by taking samples at the time of the concrete pump input and hammer test by quality controler, but in this research we will use the sampling method that is carried out in the input and output of the concrete pump as a comparison whether the quality is in accordance with what has been planned or even experienced a decline after entering the concrete pump. The method used is a quantitative method by conducting experiments in the manufacture of test objects in the field which are then analyzed using SQC (X chart and R Chart), SNI 03-2847-2019 and regression. At the time of slump test, 100% of the input samples were included in the requirements, but 80% of the output samples were not included in the requirements of project X, so that the quality evaluation produced using SNI-03-2847-2019 was obtained as much as 100% of the quality was included in the criteria of requirement 1 and 95% of the quality produced was included in the criteria of requirement 2, so that the quality was classified as safe. However, there was a decrease when the output was 18.26% aged 7 days and 9.02% aged 28 day. This decrease was caused by 3 variables of 46.1% including 11.56% of the number of pipes used, 18.31% of sampling time and 16.23% difference in slump values with productivity values of 0.25 m3 / minute for trucks. mixer and 0.11 m3 / m for line concrete pump with the required duration of the mixer truck is 45.74% of the real time field and the concrete pump line is 96.36% of the real time in the field.
