Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Workplace Happiness terhadap Employee Service Innovative Behavior dengan Work Engagement Sebagai Variabel Intervening. Subjek penelitian ini adalah karyawan Hotel Meliá Purosani sebanyak 104 responden. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah non probability sampling dengan teknik purposive sampling dengan kriteria karyawan tetap. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan SEM yang di operasikan menggukanan software AMOS (Analysis of Moment Structure). Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan, diperoleh hasil bahwa Workplace Happiness positif signifikan terhadap Employee Service Innovative Behaviour, Work Engagement positif signifikan terhadap Employee Service Innovative Behaviour, Workplace Happiness positif signifikan terhadap Work Engagement, serta Work Engagement dapat memediasi Workplace Happiness terhadap Employee Service Innovative Behaviour pada Hotel Meliá Purosani.
