Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of Persson Job Fit,Persson Organization Fit and Compensation on Employee Performance with Job Satisfactionn as an Intervening Variable. The research was conducted at BPRS Madina Yogyakarta. The sample used in this research amounted to 35 respondents with saturated sampling technique. Data were collected using questionnaires and interviews. The analytical tool used is SPSS Version 22 which is a data analysis test consisting of validity and reliability tests, classical asssumption tests consisting od normality tests, multicollinearity tests, heteroscedasticity tests and data analysis techniques namely Path Analysis. The results showed that Persson Job Fit has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with job satifaction as an intervening variable, Person Organization Fit has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance with job satisfaction as an intervening variabel and compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performaance with job satisfaction. As an intervening variabel.
