Abstract

Since the new media, represented by the birth of websites and the hacking of social media, the use of this new type of media has become a primary need. Professional football clubs with a business background in their management feel obliged to take advantage of every layer in the concept of the new media reality for various purposes. The most basic purpose of using new media within the scope of football club management is the use of branding or the introduction of the club to outsiders. In this case, the use of Youtube as a communication channel for a football club is now considered mandatory because competition does not only occur on the field, but also competition between official media. PS Sleman did the same by producing Inside The Games content on the Official Youtube "PSS TV". This research focuses on the production management of Inside The Games on the official youtube “PSS TV”. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods, namely research that describes a process sequentially while the analysis used is descriptive analysis method, namely the analysis of data obtained by interviewing, classifying, and interpreting the data that has been collected and then making conclusions. The results of this study found that, (1) The production planning of Inside The Games is very short, not as complex as the planning process for film production and the like. (2) Inside The Games is included in the hard news category, and is timely or time bound. So that the postproduction process is very short, where editors are required to complete their work in no more than 24 hours from editing to uploading. (3) Currently, the PSS TV Official Videographer is only filled with one person. (4) The process of finding the idea in Inside The Games is oriented on the Liverpool YouTube channel called “Inside Anfield”. (5) The production process of Inside The Games is quite optimal, it just needs to be improved, especially in the intensity of the brainstorming process
