Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh hubungan Psychological Contract dan Perceived Organizational Support terhadap Employee Job Trust, serta menganalisis efek mediasi dari Employee Engagement pada pengaruh Psychological Contract dan Perceived Organizational Support terhadap Employee Job Trust. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Perusahaan J&T Express Yogyakarta dengan jumlah responden 199 karyawan yaitu cabang Drop Poin Badegan, Drop Poin Banguntapan dan Drop Poin Babadan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis SEM AMOS versi 22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Psychological Contract berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Employee Engagement, Perceived Organizational Support berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Employee Engagement, Employee Engagement tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Employee Job Trust, Psychological Contract tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Employee Job Trust, Perceived Organizational Support tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Employee Job Trust. Efek mediasi Employee Engagement tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Psychological Contract dan Employee Engagement, Efek mediasi Employee Engagement tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Perceived Organizational Support dan Employee Job Trust.
