Abstract

This study aims to identify the Thailand government policy in dealing with Human Trafficking cases against Sex Workers. The author uses the concept of Human Trafficking, the Theory of International Cooperation, and Public Policy to determine the efforts of Thailand Government Policy at the Foreign Policy and Domestic Policy level. Human Trafficking has long been occurring in Thailand, with most of the form trafficking are Sexual Exploitation of Women Sex Workers illegally. The focus of this study is contains Thailand's efforts and the history, factors, and forms of Human Trafficking that occurred in Thailand. Collecting data technique in this study using the Qualitative Research method with secondary data sources. This method uses references from journals, articles, books. The findings in this study found that the Government of Thailand takes an effective strategy in preventing and suppressing cases through understanding the root causes of migration that trigger Human Trafficking. Thailand is increasing prosecution against traffickers and government officials who are involved in Human Trafficking. The Thai government takes comprehensive action by strengthening cooperation in Foreign Policy and Domestic Policy.
