Abstract
This research is aimed to determine the satisfaction of exporters at the DIY
Industri and Trade Service using a multiple regression approach. The measurement of
exporter satisfaction is based on two independen variabels, namely service quality and
website quality. The object of this research is exporters who carry out SKA
arrangements at the IPSKA of the DIY Industri and Trade Office in 2020. The sample
in this study were 112 customers who administered SKA above 30 times in 2020. The
results of the study using the multiple regression method concluded that for service
quality variabels significantly affected the exporter satisfaction variabel, the website
quality variabel significantly affected the exporter satisfaction variabel. , and the two
independen variabels simultaneously influence the exporter's satisfaction variabel.
