Abstract
The Arab Spring was a loosely connected cluster of protests that ultimately resulted in regime changes in countries like Republic of Tunisia, Egypt and African nation. Not all of the movements, however, might be deemed successful—at least if the tip goal was multiplied democracy and cultural freedom. Syria was one of the influenced country by the Arab Spring. The corrupt reign that rule the country is a major burden and problem that ruined the life of the people. The revolution to overthrow the corrupt government. Despite of all of the pressure to step down, Syria under Bashar Al Assad remain survived in this Arab Spring’s influenced Civil War. This paper examine the reason and cause which influenced Syria’s survivability during the Syrian Civil War. Russia and Iran, an ally of Syria played an important role in this Syrian Civil War despite them being an external actor of the conflict. By using the theory of Alliance we could identify Syria’s alliance roles in defending Bashar Al Assad’s throne in Syria while also examining how important and influential the supports are.
