Abstract
: A high-rise building is a building or structure that ranges from 75 feet to 491 feet (23 m to 150 m) in height. A high-rise building construction project is a job that has the risk of time delays. One method that is generally used is to carry out effectiveness and efficiency of performance with a material flow supply chain management strategy. So that in this study a research on the risk of time delays in the supply chain for the construction of raft foundations will be carried out for the construction of a High Rise Building. In this study, the method used is to analyze the risk of work delay that has an impact on the University of Muhammadiyah Student Dormitory Project, and to identify the risk of work delay that can be taken from the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS). Data collection can be carried out by interviewing one of the related parties, and making a questionnaire form which will be given to the project and will be processed in the Risk Matrix. The results of the study show that there are several supply chain flow parties that cause delays in the construction project of the Muhammadiyah University of Yogyakarta Student Dormitory which is contained in the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) namely: gradual delivery and limited transport by suppliers which cause an increase in the implementation time on the job. The highest level of risk of delay is found on the distributor's side with an average risk value of 7.22, and the lowest risk of delay is on the contractor with an average risk value of 5.94.
